I've a mate who has a Villa in Phuket, Thailand. The most
commercialised Island, which has it's drawback's, but also has an
International Airport (about £550 return), good communications, some
really beautiful spots as well as a very busy town, which some may
not like, but which can be avoided and the Villa has WIFI.
Additionally, the villa has a private swimming pool, garden, room for
two car's, 2 bedrooms and generally kitted out to a very high spec.
I've got it for 6 weeks in July, I'm going to work there. I'm keen to
go back in winter for a month and work too, but he wants to get it
booked up for a year to someone on a long lease. So was wondering if
anyone else might be interested in booking some time here, I'll see
if I can book it up with whomever, maybe on shorter terms and twist
his arm not to book it for a year to someone. If I can get it booked
up for a year then i can book myself in for the bits I want.
Apparently there are some really clued up web dudes who work from
there permanently. It's definitely got me thinking.

Here it is: http://www.thevillaservice.com/saiyuan.htm, check out the
pics at the bottom, I can get it for £800- £1000 a month, depending
on dates. There maybe deals at times, if I can get some interest.

Anyone interested?
Michael
