[BNM] [OT] "The Man Who Shouts at Buses"

Anyone else familiar with the shuffling man who always seems to be in the
vicinity of the bus stop opposite Portslade station - he has a disconcerting
habit of stopping and looking back over his shoulder to stare at me as I
walk past.
