Hi
Is RT written in PHP? I've written some php  to access some of the RT data (mysql or oracle) but I didn't think it was PHP based. If you've got any sample code that you've used to query the RT database then I'd love to see some. The RT schema is a bit strange!

Have you altered the database at all to optimise it? I'm tempted but don't actually have access to the server etc.
