[BNM] [OT] Shouting at the bank - Not feeling so mellow in vancouver

I had this same problem in New York with Barclays last week. This despite me
informing them I was going away. The same thing happened twice last year, in
Barcelona and Rome. The only way to get it fixed is to call the bank (I just
called the lost card helpline on the card itself) and they should then
remove the block. Its ridiculous.
