[BNM] AdWords Conversion Tracking

phew..
One thing that leads me to believe that Google do not offer a solution for
this is the inability of invisible scripts to include the 'tracked by
Google' privacy stamp Google insist on for results pages (altho methinks an
innerHTML might fix that).
maybe the hack is the only way....
