[BNM] Modal intro's

oD use them on a combination of repeated, deep visits by people who
have never logged in; ie, someone who visits 4 times in a week, and
looks at 4 pages a time; they get 'pestered' to join the site and get
our mailing lists etc.
Hard to get it to happen to demonstrate though; testing was fun with
this...
