[BNM] Modal intro's

I think what you;re talking about is something Andy Budd mentioned in his
User Experience Curve talk (http://www.vimeo.com/935747) - where when you
visit Yahoo for the first time it gives you a quick guided tour of the
features... if you clear your cookies and visit again you might see it...

as for others - I can't.... quite... remember
