[BNM] Recommend a host with SSH (Pitty) access

Byrtemark are fantastic, but will be a bit more expensive. My  
playground space is with dream-hosting.co.uk ; £20 a year(!) and SSH  
(but not root) access.

Not had any problems with them so far...
