[BNM] Recommend a host with SSH (Pitty) access

Hi
Can anyone recommend a cheap (i.e. just for messing about on not
production/not high traffic) web host that will allow me SSH/ (Putty)
access. I'm currently paying 30 quid a year but I think they're reluctant
to offer me SSH access (not that I blame them).

I basically want mysql/php (>5.0.0) stuff and the ability to tinker and for
example set-up the symfony framework (thanks Mark Ng).

Bonues would include rubyonrails support and erm....
Fantastico/Cpanel -I'm lazy!
Tomcat server/JSP/JSF/ jboss!
and other trendy stuff.

I think that's asking too much and I don't want to spend a lot. I'm going
to set this up on the mac first but it would be nice to demo it on a real
web page.

Thanks
Jason
