Sorry to go on about phones etc, but it's that time again.

Having just paid a $750 phone bill for a flat I wasn't even living in, I've
just ditched all my phone accounts and got a pay-as-you-go cellphone.
Unfortunately it's kiwi-only, which is a bit of a bother as I'm not.

What I need is something that resembles pay-as-you-go (seriously, I use the
thing about once a week) but is international.

Does such a thing exist? I don't need bells/whistles/an-entire-orchestra etc
- just a thing which I can use to ring people up when I get lost.
