[BNM] Contacts database

Clean slate. I'll be setting up hosting, as they won't have a fixed
location to start with, but will go with a fairly robust host that can
handle whatever is needed. I'm advising Macs for business reasons (due to
the nature of the clients/atmosphere) but it won't necessarily be a
hundred percent Apple.
