[BNM] Let Open Source Kwiqq!

We have had this debate for sometime. The reason why I chose MIT is:

   - How do we keep track of who has nicked the code and who hasn't
   - Why would someone contribute to an open source if they can't own the
   whole lot. (I know it sounds silly but lets get people using something and
   own it)
