Hello,

Yes check in /out is a bit dodgy and messes with the
RCS versioncontrol I'm using on a few sites hosted on
a unix server.

I'm not sure if you're using dreamweaver mostly live
on teh server or via a site with local files but you
should find that either way there's a local copy of
the files on your computer. For me it's under:
C:\Documents and Settings\jason\Application
Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver MX
2004\Configuration\SiteCache\sitname

I guess you could put this under SVN control using
something like TortoiseSVN. OR you could just not
trust that folder and regularly copy from there to
another SVN folder. I've not tried putting the
sitecache folders under SVN control but it might work.

I think this is one of the reasons I'm slowly trying
to get used to Eclipse as it has an SVN plugin and an
SFTP one too which is pretty much what I use
Dreamweaver for.
