[BNM] [OT] 1 bed flat & macbook wanted

Hi BNM,

My sister and her bloke are on the lookout for a 1 bed flat. I imagine
in the Seven Dials area...  If anyone knows of a private let mail me &
I'll pass on your details.

Also, my parents have decided they want a laptop. They have a limited
budget (<£450) & I don't want support calls every week regarding
spyware etc. so, ideally I think I'm looking for a second hand
MacBook, as I can put the only slightly more familiar to them XP on it
if they can't get on with OSX. Again ideally less than a year old as
I've got a spare applecare warranty that I'd like to apply to it too.
