[BNM] Death to s/facebook/fedbook and the great CIA social datamining exercise

What if someone had used waynedouglas.com before I went to go buy it?
Would there be a case there?

How could the fact that FB having an account on record with that name
damage _you_ in anyway? How could _that_ account do _you_ any wrong or
put you out?

How can _you_ prove that _that_ account has anything to do with _you_?

I'm not sure I get this at all - and I'm not trying to be difficult
here. I just don't see how you could think about taking someone to court
over something like this.

Sure be weary of big bra and all. But this smells a bit like a pack
hunt. Gather the villagers etc etc.

Hi Alex,

Can't remember the last time. Just before you left for a while I
guess. Hope you are well.

I've written to Facebook politely to ask them to either remove the
page and delete the account that has been set up in my name, or
assure me that it has been set up by a different Lloyd Raworth. I'll
give them a week to reply then write again. The usual procedure. If
they don't do either of these things then maybe there is a problem.
They could be using my name to operate a Facebook account without my
authorisation or consent. In which case I would have thought that
there is some kind of legal case to be made. It would be worth
finding out at least, wouldn't it?

Best regards,
Lloyd
