[BNM] Tech support?

Under the custom/advanced settings of Network Preferences I think. To be
honest, there are very few circumstances (in the home environment) where
this would be needed. I¹d be surprised if an ISP such as TalkTalk needed a
custom one. Chances are it¹s 1500 at the moment, try making incremental
drops down to 1400 or so. I think it¹s far more likely that she needs to
manually configure her DNS settings to some alternative ones, and then see
how she gets on. Obviously, if that does reveal that DNS is the problem, she
should let the ISP know and find the correct ones (or get them fixed) rather
than stick on OpenDNS.
DNS can be changed in System Preferences too! Is this all connected by
ethernet or wireless?
