Contact Dreamhosts to see if the can enable'roaming SMTP' (with authentication).. most hosting companies do have this facility.. you simply authenticate on the SMTP server to prove its you that's sending the mail.. that should work in Cafe's

You chaps know everything about computers etc.
How come I can send emails from some places but not others? It says the
server might not be accepting SMTP connections - my email address is on my
dreamhost account. I can't think why I can send email from my folk's house,
but not my sister's.
It's a puzzle etc.
