Hi

Some ISPs like Orange Broadband and Talk Talk do not permit the use of any 
SMTP servers other than their own to send mail.

Your sister is most likely sending mail via her ISP's SMTP server and if you 
want to send mail from her house you will probably need to set up a new 
account in your mail client using her ISP's SMTP server as your outgoing 
server....sucks!
