[BNM] [OT] Cheap local car rental?

Hi folks

Can anyone recommend a good, cheap car rental place in Brighton or Hove?

My partner, baby and I are planning to drive to Wales for a week. We can
probably manage it in a small car.

If you know of anyone that does green options (Prius etc), that'd be cool,
although I'm guessing that'll mean straying from the "cheap" requirement!

Any recommendations gratefully received.
