[BNM] Free/cheap mass mailing options

Setting up over a thousand entries on Google Groups sounds to me to be
the least fun way to do this (unless someone knows a trick I don't
know); I know that Pure do some great things with email, but I don't
think KiM can afford them.


Ruth, there is an option in google groups to add members directly where you
can copy-paste a list of email addresses from an external doc. Problem
solved!
