[BNM] Importing bookmarks in Firefox

Just had a quick look on my setup, and it appears I have a 'bookmarks.html'
file. Specifically: ~/.mozilla/firefox/08i9hr9u.default/bookmarks.html

I haven't tried it, but the 'organise bookmarks' function in firefox has an
'import' feature. Can one import the bookmarks.html file?
