Hi guys

We're looking for a User Experience Architect to join us at Clearleft.

Job spec below:

Are you a user experience architect at a large agency, looking to
escape the rat race and relocate to sunny Brighton? Maybe you're a web
designer with some experience in UX, looking for your next move in the
industry? If so, this may be the opportunity for you.

We're currently looking for a middleweight user experience architect
to join our team of experts. You'll be the type of person who loves
the web and wants to make it better. Passionate about IA and
usability, you'll enjoy discussing everything from the structure of an
entire site through to the positioning of a single button. Up on the
latest trends and techniques, you'll know your Ajax from your elbow
and be able to explain the benefits of tagging and folksonomies.

We're looking for somebody who can research user behaviour, run client
workshops and then use the resulting knowledge to create high-fidelity
XHTML/CSS prototypes. You’ll be comfortable running usability tests,
giving presentations and communicating the results to our clients.
There is even the opportunity to present your ideas at international
conferences like SXSW and @media. However as a small company you won't
just be limited to UXD. You'll need to take an active role in every
aspect of our business, from improving our processes through to
helping out at events and conferences.

As a small company we can't pay rock star wages–yet. However we
believe that your happiness is key, so we've put together a great
package. You'll have flexible working hours and the ability to work
from home when you want. As long as you get the job done, we don't
mind if you work from 9-5 or rock up at lunchtime and work into the
night. To help keep you flexible, you'll get a company MacBook (yep,
we're Mac heads) and to make sure you're up-to-date with the latest
techniques you'll have a yearly training budget of £1000. So if you've
always wanted to go to SXSW but could never afford it, now you can.
We want you to be happy and stay with us, so we offer a company
pension too.

Interested? Then why not drop us a line at jobs at clearleft.com.

Thanks
