iPass is software that some companies use to centralise billing for
wireless services around the world. I've used it all over the world. We
get it from Sirocom (no Azzurri) - http://www.azzurricommunications.com/
To be honest it means I don't pay, the company does, but it doesn't make
it free. Possibly cheaper. Their support is amongst the worst I've ever
seen.
