[BNM] [OT] Big TV recommendations, and is 1080 worth it?

i picked up a great philips 32" LCD from sunderland electronics i
think on church road
really nice guy there, spent 15 minutes just looking at the same
channel on 4 tv's
I would also get the 1080p to future proof it a bit. I think i read
somewhere today that they're fixing the broadcast signals so that you
can get HD on freeview (which'll be nice)
I'm a bit of a PS3 fan and HD gaming is ace
