I do a fair amount of long distance cycle touring and I always use  
Baker's Street Bikes - slightly more pricey but they know what they  
are doing. They've done a lot of favours for me over the years gratis.

My experience of Sydney Street in the Lanes has not been fantastic. Do  
not use Bikehut (aka Halfords).
