[BNM] XP imaging

Hello,

We've got some imaging tools for multi-cast type stuff where a whole room 
is imaged with a standard desktop (XP).

There's talk of offering staff the chance to install their own stuff and 
customise their PC. Does anyone have any recommendations of a cheap 
(free?)/site licence/per seat imaging tool that could enable non IT staff 
to back-up their desktop applications/set-up (not just settings) at the 
push of a button and restore it easily too. Possibly storing the image to a 
partition or network storage.
