[BNM] 3rd party Email API

Hey

Anyone here know of a 3rd party email API which allows for email 
templates to be configured with dynamic fields and then populated/called 
through an API?

I need to allow for tracking and reporting of product enquiry emails so 
they're essentially single shot emails requested by someone - not email 
list shots.
