There was a fairly well reported case a few years back of a blue chip
company being sued and blacklisted by Google for doing this. Can't
remember the exact details, but worth looking into. At the very
least, if the company name is a registered trademark, you could get
them on trademark infringement and possibly even 'passing off'. Best
to consult a lawyer on this one.
