[BNM] 123-reg

To be honest, with the prices they charge I wouldn't really expect them
to be redundancy-ed up to the max. You want security, you gotta pay
more. Incidentally, I have tonnes of domains with them but they have
their nameservers offloaded to my hosting company and my domains were up
all weekend. I'm assuming there was only a problem for those whose DNS
they managed directly?
