[BNM] [OT] Brighton's nuclear power station?

I love the idea that Queen's Park and Hanover are "sink estates" as the
Independent article suggested. The real "sink estates" have been hived off
into single school catchments. The "poshest" people in Preston Park are
still going to Stringer. All that has happened is kids in the marginal
Central Brighton wards have benefitted from the battle between Labour and
Greens at the expense of other kids. Don't forget the proposals were only
passed on the chairman's casting vote after opposing members were removed
from the committee.
