That'll be the same Brighton where the Green Party gets about 20% of the
vote?
Can't see that being very popular - in fact if I was a conspiracy nut,
I'd say that whoever proposed it was deliberately trying to scupper
their own plans. There is nowhere in the entire country (apart maybe the
middle of London) where it would cause less fuss.
