I saw a funny interview with A Salmond last night where he mentioned the one
thing that unites the scottish parliament is opposition to nuclear and that
they already generate more from renewable sources.

The thing that concerns me about this "debate" is that no one will put a
finger on the cost of nuclear. It may well be become relatively cheap
compared to peak oil but then so will renewables by the same token.
