We are having a couple of problems:

 

 

I've had a lots of teachers saying the same (see emails below) - that when
they update the online report it does not come up as completed. Can we
change this?

 

Also, the option on the phone number needs to be changed - should be option
5, not 2 (see below). "If you cannot make it to a lesson, or are having any
problems with using this online system, please call Emily on 0845 130 4775,
option 2 (+44 1273 725200 from outside the UK) as soon as you can."

 

Another thing – when teachers have a look at the register –lesson there are
marked as unpaid though they have been paid – maybe we can take it out
there

Seems like the teacher lesson report thing is not working properly anymore -
second time now a teacher emailed me about it....
