[BNM] [OT] Boiler Repair

Yeah, I've tried to start it. I've been told the pressure's meant to
be 1-1.5 bar, which it is. Beyond that I'm stumped, even if you gave
me annotated instructions.

I imagine it's fairly simple to start the thing, but I'll have to
stump up the cash to do something that would take three minutes if I
knew how, despite the fact this is some other idiot's fault for
running through a gas main whilst digging up the road.
