[BNM] [BFL] IIS Problem - certain file extensions blocked 403 3

meh, penis features missed out:
IIS serves only files with extensions registered in the MIME types list. To 
configure additional file extensions click MIME Types.

Though if I did a complete dump of the metabase on the live system that 
would have been there no?
