[BNM] Websphere community edition on Ubuntu

Hello,

I'm wanting to have a nose at IBM's websphere and SOA toolkit at home; just 
to see what's in it etc.

Has anyone installed websphere on ubuntu? specifically xampp. I'm having 
trouble with the instructions. I've got xampp (apache,mysql, php) working 
fine but that's been for a while and I want to stick websphere on. I've 
installed websphere but can't find any decent instructions on getting it to 
run with apache. Some things mention IBMHTTP server and some don't and I 
can't see whether this is a pre-requisite or not.

Found some issue with websphere and bash/dash and the profile but I think I 
can sort that.

Had major problems with installing websphere as the wizard just appeared as 
a blue screen. I thought there were JVM issues but turns out that some new 
windows in ubuntu with Beryl open as blank windows. Happens with firefox 
and if I resize it tends to correct it. Turned off beryl and all ok but two
