[BNM] convert wmv to ipiod (h264/mpeg4)

Hello,

Not sure why but I'm having trouble finding something free or cheap (or 
free for a while so i can make sure it works) that will take some WMVs I've 
downloaded (all legal) and convert them for use on my ipod. Can anyone 
recommend something (that they are using) mac/pc (or ubnuntu/linux) that 
will take wmv (and avis) and convert to h264/mp4/sommat for my ipod. 
Actually I've got Flash 8 at work just checking to see if that might do 
something close??
