[BNM] Brighton the next Silicon Valley?

Hmm regarding the investors (VC Capital). I think its a chicken egg
situation. With any investor I went to last year. The first question they
asked me was "How much have you put in?".
I guess initially it requires bootstrapping your initial resources and then
they jump in to take it to the next level. Typically in the Growth Phase or
the Ramp up phase.
