[BNM] someone wanted advice on sickies

Hi all
A couple of weeks ago one of the list members was saying he was having
problems with employees taking the Mick. I've just seen on the Business Link
for London website there are FREE templates for lots of things - I've
managed to find one on ill health - perhaps might be of interest to him? I
was advising him to get an HR consultant but this solution is rather
cheaper.
