Having Talk Talk problems, but in fairness, this could be due to account
migration from BT and absence of account holder to work out what's going
on.

What I would say is that having to dial no fewer than 5 numbers (one of
them at higher rate) in order to get mediocre advice from someone I
could barely understand was not the best use of an hour of my life. But
that's the way it is these days, isn't it?
