[BNM] [OT] Burning lanterns

Definately worth doing.

I second the "dress warmly".

It's worth building a lantern to be in the parade itself then you can get a
great view of the fireworks and bonfire at the end. Not to mention the brief
moment of  "fame" as you parade through the streets with all those people
watching!
