[BNM] [OT] Brighton/Hove accommodation, January 2008

An artist friend is hoping to move down to Brighton/Hove in January.

She is a single mother with a five-year-old son. Does anyone know of
any suitable accommodation that may become available around that time
- or indeed have any recommendations of where to look? I have already
suggested Gumtree.
