Andrew,
    This is a site run by the guys from mysociety; who are behind  
theyworkforyou, pledge bank and the .gov e-petition sytem. They're  
good people and pretty implicitly trustworthy with data etc. I had a  
poke at the site and it looks like it could do with some more data,  
but otherwise it's pretty cool.
