I got through after about 20mins! they asked me lots of questions
most of which I couldn't answer (last 4 digits of the card I used to
set up the account? please! I break my card every year, at least,
which at least means robbing b*stards like ukreg cant leach money
without sending an invoice till after the event like they usually do.
But eventually I got enough questions right, so with my new password I
get this: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due
to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Aha. Ha. Ha. Ha.
