[BNM] DNS providers: any recommendations?

Hiya...
We've used http://www.easydns.com for a few years now. Seem to be pretty
good, but not tried any others so can't compare.

I'll shout it till I'm blue in the face :)
You can configure very short TTLs (they're pretty low by default) and
they do tasty things like host-monitoring and automatic record
switching on fail.
