Frankly, I'm not entirely sure.

It seems to feature on the Argus website,  and was the headline to an
article in Rocks about Falmer ("South Downs Society chairman John Songhurst
was called a Cackbadger by gloating Albion fans......")

Possibly something from the stands at Withdean?

Still, I like it also too as well.
