[BNM] [OT] stag do. Help!

Hello

It's my mate's stag do in Brighton, next Saturday. I think I've got most of 
it covered but now I realise I might need something in the day (afternoon).

This might not be everyone's cup of tea but I'm trying to avoid boozy stuff 
and have nailed it down to some possibilities:
1. Lawn Bowling on Hove Lawns? -not sure if it's possible
2. A sewer tour-  is that possible at this time of year
3. A session in a recording studio where we do a band aid type song or a 
few covers
4. I would have suggested paintball but that's out of town and more of a 
day thing than a few hours.

Have also thought about roller skating on the sea front.

Has anyone done any of this and can recommend any contact numbers. OR any 
better suggestions for about 10-15 people which I can organise quick.
