What about the old Dubarry Perfume building next to Hove Station?

I've not seen any of the units but I've heard from few people that they're
pretty nice! - They've even turned some of the top spaces into residential
(trendy) flats!

The building is nice looking, and parking around there isn't too bad! I know
it's not central Brighton, but travelling in and out would be pretty good
for client as the train stations on your doorstep and the A23 isn't too far
away!
