Simon did reply offlist to say they were coming (quickly) but I don't know 
if he was pleased with their work. Last time A&E came to us they removed 
loads of those free light sabres that were in cereal boxes. I was 
collecting them and my daughter was washing them. They'd knackered the 
pump.
