[BNM] What does CRM mean to you?

Hi
Thanks for the replies. I'm really after a list of things you think a CRM 
should do. I've read about them but would still like to know what others 
think they are.

e.g.
Analyse messages to customers to produce new leads- that seems to be what 
they do but do people use all that?
